...MULTIPLE ROUNDS OF HEAVY RAIN EXPECTED THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

.SEVERAL INCHES OF RAIN OVER THE PAST FEW DAYS HAVE SATURATED
SOILS AND CAUSED A SWELLING OF AREA STREAMS. SEVERAL ROUNDS OF
HEAVY RAINFALL ARE EXPECTED TO FALL ON TOP OF THE ALREADY
SATURATED SOIL THROUGH MIDWEEK AND WILL RESULT IN AN INCREASED
RISK FOR FLASH FLOODING.

THE FIRST ROUND OF RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT...WHERE 1 TO 3
INCHES OF RAINFALL IS EXPECTED. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS OVER 4 INCHES
ARE POSSIBLE. ANOTHER ROUND OF RAIN IS THEN EXPECTED FROM TUESDAY
NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY...WITH ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES POSSIBLE.

* FROM 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING

* MULTIPLE ROUNDS OF HEAVY RAIN WILL AFFECT THE AREA THROUGH
  WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. WIDESPREAD RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO 4
  INCHES ARE EXPECTED...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.

* RIVERS...CREEKS AND STREAMS WILL BE ESPECIALLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO
  FLOODING DUE TO THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL. IN ADDITION...MANY
  ROADS AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS MAY BECOME FLOODED AND
  IMPASSIBLE.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
