MID MORNING TUESDAY. THOSE WITH OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES SHOULD CLOSELY

  FOLLOWING AREAS...IN NORTHEAST KANSAS...DONIPHAN. IN
  MISSOURI...ANDREW...ATCHISON MO...GENTRY...HARRISON...HOLT...
  NODAWAY AND WORTH.

* UNTIL 10 AM CDT THIS MORNING

* TROPICAL TYPE SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE
  PERIODS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN EARLY THIS MORNING. THE
  COMBINATION OF HIGH RAINFALL RATES AND ALREADY SATURATED GROUND MAY
  LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD TO
FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
