ALLEN COUNTY...

AT 1116 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR AND AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGES INDICATED
THAT HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE AREA. 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS ONGOING AND EXPECTED TO CONTINUE.
