...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 900 AM CDT FOR
JACKSON COUNTY...

At 733 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Up to 4 inches of rain has fallen over
portions of Jackson County since 4 AM CDT.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Biloxi, Ocean Springs, Moss Point, St. Martin, Escatawpa, Gautier,
Wade, Latimer, Big Point, Helena, Gulf Hills, Hurley, Vancleave, Gulf
Park Estates and Hickory Hills.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches with locally higher
amounts are still possible across Jackson County through 9 AM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
