EASTERN PERRY...SOUTHEASTERN CONWAY...FAULKNER...NORTHWESTERN SALINE
AND NORTHWESTERN PULASKI COUNTIES...

At 1209 AM CDT, trained weather spotters reported flash flooding in
Conway. Over 4 inches of rain have fallen in less than two hours.
Flash flooding is already occurring.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
