CANCELLED...

The heavy rain has ended and the threat of flash flooding has
decreased.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall has likely resulted in flooding
of small creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low
lying spots. Please continue to heed any remaining road closures.
