  SOUTHWESTERN LOGAN COUNTY IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...
  NORTHERN AND CENTRAL OKLAHOMA COUNTY IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 1145 PM CDT

* AT 849 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN OVER EDMOND. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY
  FALLEN IN SOUTHERN LOGAN COUNTY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  OKLAHOMA CITY...EDMOND...MIDWEST CITY...GUTHRIE...CHOCTAW...
  SPENCER...NICHOLS HILLS...JONES...CEDAR VALLEY...ARCADIA...FOREST
  PARK...LAKE ALUMA...NAVINA AND SEWARD.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES ARE LIKELY IN THE
