  ANOTHER ROUND OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN DUE TO THUNDERSTORMS
  CROSSING SOUTHEAST COLFAX AND UNION COUNTIES. DUE TO THUNDERSTORMS
  EARLIER IN THE EVENING...PARTS OF CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN UNION
  COUNTY HAVE ALREADY ACCUMULATE 1 TO OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN. AN
  ADDITIONAL 0.5 TO 1 INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE.
