  NORTHEASTERN DE BACA COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEW MEXICO...
  EAST CENTRAL GUADALUPE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEW MEXICO...
  SOUTHWESTERN QUAY COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEW MEXICO...

* UNTIL 245 PM MDT

* AT 1247 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAIN DUE TO A CLUSTER OF SLOW MOVING SHOWERS AND
  THUNDERSTORMS. MANY PORTIONS OF THE ADVISORY AREA HAVE ALREADY
  NEAR SATURATED SOILS. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL BETWEEN 0.5 TO 1.25
  INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THE ADVISORY AREA. HIGHWAYS 84 AND 60
  HAVE THE POTENTIAL OF BEING IMPACTED.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  FORT SUMNER...TAIBAN...PUERTO DE LUNA...SUMNER LAKE AND SUMNER LAKE
  STATE PARK.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THE HEAVY RAINFALL AND SLOW MOVEMENT OF THESE STORMS MAY RESULT IN
FLOODING OF ROAD INTERSECTIONS AND LOW-LYING
AREAS.  WATERS MAY BEGIN TO RUN IN NORMALLY DRY ARROYOS.
