* FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  AN ICE JAM IN...
  NORTHEASTERN AROOSTOOK COUNTY IN NORTHERN MAINE...

* UNTIL 1200 PM EST SUNDAY

* AT 532 AM EST...ICE JAMS REMAIN IN PLACE ON THE AROOSTOOK RIVER AT
  WASHBURN AND DOWNSTREAM FROM THE MOUTH OF THE LITTLE MADAWASKA
  RIVER BETWEEN CARIBOU AND FORT FAIRFIELD. RIVER LEVELS HAVE
  REMAINED STABLE BUT COULD ABRUPTLY RISE IF THE ICE MOVES.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT COULD EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE... PRESQUE
  ISLE...CARIBOU...FORT FAIRFIELD AND WASHBURN.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

YOUR REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE FORECAST OFFICE.
