The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southern Clinton County in south central Kentucky...
  Southeastern Monroe County in south central Kentucky...
  Southeastern Cumberland County in south central Kentucky...

* Until 930 PM CDT

* At 736 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Two to three inches of rain likely have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Albany, Littrell, Cartwright, Savage, Blythe, Hobart, Peytonsburg,
  Raydure, Bug and Shipley.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
