following rivers in Washington...

  Snoqualmie River near Carnation affecting King County.

The Snoqualmie River near Carnation will crest slightly higher than expected earlier, and that raises the flooding from the high end of the minor category to the low end of the moderate category.

...Forecast flooding increased from Minor to Moderate severity...
The Flood Warning continues for
 The Snoqualmie River near Carnation
* Until Saturday morning.
* At  1:30 AM Friday the stage was 56.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 54.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to rise and crest near 56.2 feet
  around 4 AM Friday. The river will fall below flood stage this
  evening.
* Impact...At 56.0 feet, the Snoqualmie River will cause widespread
  flooding from Fall City downstream through Carnation and Duvall...
  inundating much of the farm land and numerous roads.
