AND SPREADING NORTH THROUGH THE MORNING. VERY LIGHT RAIN IS ABOUT ALL
THAT IS EXPECTED IN THE FAR NORTHERN COUNTIES BUT HEAVY RAIN WILL BE
POSSIBLE IN THE SOUTHERN COUNTIES. WINDS WILL HAVE AN EASTERLY
COMPONENT AND WILL BE SHIFTING AROUND TO THE NORTH AS A SURFACE LOW
