.DISCUSSION...

Weak high pressure off the coast will move farther offshore
tonight. A warm front will lift north across the region Friday
morning and a cold front will pass from west to east across the
waters early Saturday. Showers and thunderstorms will be
widespread Friday and Friday night, with locally heavy rainfall.

Minimum relative humidities will be near 80 percent Friday.
South winds may gust to 15 to 20 mph Friday and Friday night,
especially in Rhode Island and eastern Massachusetts.

OUTLOOK...Saturday and Sunday...
Increasing sunshine will follow on Saturday, although it will
remain moist at the surface. High pressure will provide sunshine
on Sunday. Minimum relative humidities will be 55 to 60 percent
Saturday...and 45 to 50 percent Sunday.
