HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN OVER THE AREA TODAY. LIGHT AND VARIABLE
WINDS AND LOW CLOUDINESS EXPECTED. TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE
VARIABLE LESS THAN 10 MPH RESULTING IN POOR DISPERSION. A STRONG
DRY COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE REGION THURSDAY AFTERNOON WITH
NORTHWEST TRANSPORT WINDS 10 TO 20 MPH. DRIER CONDITIONS
THURSDAY AFTERNOON WITH MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY BELOW 40 PERCENT
IN THE CSRA AND 40 TO 50 PERCENT ELSEWHERE. MUCH COOLER
