WINDS TO BE STRONG AND GUSTY AT TIMES OUT OF THE SOUTHWEST DUE TO
A TIGHTENING PRESSURE GRADIENT.  BEHIND THE FRONT...WINDS TURN MORE
NORTHWESTERLY. TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL ONCE AGAIN BE HOT. SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST TO MOVE THROUGH TODAY.  ONCE
