WIDESPREAD RAIN ACROSS THE AREA LATER TODAY WILL BRING CONDITIONS
UNFAVORABLE FOR FIRE GROWTH AND SPREAD. BEFORE THE RAIN ARRIVES WINDS
WILL BE OUT OF THE SOUTH UP TO 15 MPH, WITH PERHAPS SOME GUSTS UP TO
20 MPH. WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE NORTH BY THE OVERNIGHT PERIOD,
ESPECIALLY AFTER THE RAIN ARRIVES. AFTER A LULL IN THE RAIN ON
