Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Extreme Southeast Arkansas,
Northeast Louisiana, and Central Mississippi
National Weather Service Jackson MS
413 AM CDT Fri Jun 23 2017

.DISCUSSION...

Expect a lot of locally heavy rain and at least isolated showers
around through the day as the Tropical Depression Cindy passes
just north of our region. Winds will be gusty from the south...
especially this morning up in the Arklamiss Delta where frequent
gusts over 30 mph are anticipated. RH values will be very moist.
Look for shower and thunderstorm chances to remain high through
tomorrow in most spots but rain chances decreases for at least
a few days starting Sunday.
