National Weather Service Lake Charles LA

.DISCUSSION...
Clouds invading the skies this afternoon will help to hold
overnight temperatures up through the early morning hours.
A warmup will continue into the weekend ahead of a cold front
that will push through Monday morning. Look for showers and
a few thunderstorms ahead of the front. This next front is a
Pacific front therefore the morning lows behind the front are
expected into the 40s with a few upper 30s in central Louisiana
and the lakes region in southeast Texas. A big change from the
last month or so.
