.DISCUSSION...

Temperatures will be well above normal today with minimum relative
humidity values of 15 percent or less across much of the area. Winds
will be 20+ mph in the Guadalupe Mountains today so elevated to near
critical conditions are expected there this afternoon. Conditions
will improve tonight and Saturday as a cold front moves into the
area. Fair to good recovery is expected tonight.
