.DISCUSSION...

Fire weather concerns will be low through next week. A cold front
moving through the area this morning will make it to the Rio Grande
this afternoon, accompanied by gusty N/NE winds and much cooler
temps. Afternoon RHs will range from around 20% west to around 45%
east, precluding critical conditions. Thunderstorms are possible
across the Lower Trans Pecos/Big Bend this afternoon and evening,
with lightning, gusty wind, and heavy rain possible. Rain chances
expand areawide early next week, with heavy rain possible Tues/Wed,
and below normal temps through next Friday.
