AND GUSTY WINDS EAST OF THE CASCADES AND IN THE SHASTA VALLEY
THROUGH THIS EVENING.  LIGHT SHOWERS WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE COAST
AND PARTS OF THE WEST SIDE LATER THIS MORNING AND THIS AFTERNOON.
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS MAY DEVELOP IN AND NEAR THE CASCADES.
RAINFALL COVERAGE WILL INCREASE WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY...
SPREADING TO MOST AREAS FROM THE CASCADES WEST WITH AT LEAST SOME
MEASURABLE RAINFALL. HUMIDITY WILL RISE...TEMPERATURES WILL COOL...
AND WINDS WILL WEAKEN WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY. HOWEVER...
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP FROM THE CASCADES EAST THURSDAY
