Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Washington and North Idaho
National Weather Service Spokane WA
613 AM PDT Wed Sep 20 2017

.DISCUSSION...

Expect cool, breezy and showery weather again today as an upper
level trough pivots over the region. The best chance for wetting
rains are forecast over the Idaho Panhandle. Snow levels will be
near 5000 feet for another day. This upper trough will slowly
exit Thursday and Friday with a decrease in showers and moderating
temperatures. A high pressure ridge will build over the region
this weekend bringing a gradual warming and drying trend into
early next week.
