...DISCUSSION FROM RNOFWFVEF...

DRY AND MILD CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH THE NEXT
WEEK. SIGNIFICANT DRYING AT ELEVATIONS ABOVE 5000 FEET IS EXPECTED
TODAY INTO EARLY THIS WEEK, RESULTING IN VERY LOW RHS (WELL BELOW
ZERO) OVER THE HIGH TERRAIN (ESPECIALLY THE SIERRA). WHILE WINDS DO
NOT APPEAR TO INCREASE IN THOSE AREAS DURING THIS PERIOD, THESE
CONDITIONS WILL STILL INCREASE FIRE CONCERNS WITH AMPLE DRY FUELS
INTO NEXT WEEK.

...DISCUSSION FROM LAXFWFSGX...

MODERATE TO STRONG SANTA ANA WINDS WILL CONTINUE TODAY WITH VERY LOW
HUMIDITIES. INLAND AREAS WILL REMAIN VERY DRY FOR MUCH OF THE WEEK
WITH PERIODS OF WEAK TO OCCASIONALLY MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW WITH
GUSTY NORTHEAST TO EAST WINDS NEAR AND ALONG COASTAL MOUNTAIN SLOPES
AND BELOW PASSES AND CANYONS.

...DISCUSSION FROM PHXFWFPSR...

VERY DRY CONDITIONS UNDER INCREASING HIGH PRESSURE WILL BRING WELL
ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES THE NEXT FEW DAYS. MINIMUM HUMIDITIES
INTO THE 10-15 PERCENT RANGE ARE EXPECTED EACH DAY WITH FAIR
OVERNIGHT RECOVERIES.
