...DISCUSSION FROM RNOFWFVEF...

A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE AREA WILL RESULT IN CHILLY AND
LOCALLY BREEZY CONDITIONS. THE BEST CHANCE OF PRECIPITATION WILL BE
OVER LINCOLN AND MOHAVE COUNTIES WHERE SEVERAL INCHES OF SNOW IS
POSSIBLE IN THE HIGHER TERRAIN. COOL AND MAINLY DRY CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED OVER THE WEEKEND ALTHOUGH A WEAK DISTURBANCE COULD BRING A
FEW SNOW SHOWERS TO LINCOLN COUNTY SATURDAY NIGHT.

...DISCUSSION FROM LAXFWFSGX...

A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE WESTERN STATES WILL BRING SCATTERED
MOSTLY LIGHT SHOWERS ALONG AND WEST OF THE MOUNTAINS INTO THIS
MORNING WITH GUSTY SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS IN THE MOUNTAINS AND
DESERTS. DRY AND WARMER FOR THE WEEKEND WITH WEEK OFFSHORE FLOW FOR
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY MORNINGS WITH ONSHORE FLOW FOR SATURDAY
AFTERNOON AND EVENING. ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM FROM THE NORTH
WILL BRING MORE SHOWERS WITH LOWER SNOW LEVELS AND STRONGER AND
GUSTY WEST WINDS IN THE MOUNTAINS AND DESERTS FOR LATE MONDAY NIGHT
INTO TUESDAY. FORECAST CONFIDENCE IS MUCH LOWER FOR THE MIDDLE TO
LATTER PART OF NEXT WEEK WITH SMALLER CHANCES FOR MOSTLY LIGHT
SHOWERS FOR WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY WITH INCREASING CHANCES FOR
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.

...DISCUSSION FROM PHXFWFPSR...

A FAIRLY DRY AND COOL WEATHER SYSTEM WILL AFFECT THE REGION TODAY
BRINGING SCATTERED SHOWERS MAINLY TO HIGH TERRAIN LOCATIONS IN
ARIZONA. BREEZY CONDITIONS WILL BE WIDESPREAD TODAY WITH GUSTS TO
AROUND 25 MPH THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS SATURDAY WILL BE ON THE LIGHT
SIDE UNDER CLEAR SKIES AND CONTINUED COOL TEMPERATURES. MINIMUM
HUMIDITIES WILL MOSTLY FALL BETWEEN 20 AND 30 PERCENT TODAY, BUT
FALL INTO THE TEENS FOR SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

SAN BERNARDINO ECC DISPATCH-
DISCUSSION FOR SAN BERNARDINO ECC DISPATCH
402 AM PST FRI FEB 23 2018

A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE AREA WILL RESULT IN CHILLY AND
LOCALLY BREEZY CONDITIONS. MOISTURE IS SOMEWHAT LIMITED WITH THIS
SYSTEM BUT THERE COULD BE SOME LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS OVER THE HIGHER
TERRAIN. COOL AND DRY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OVER THE WEEKEND.
