COOL DRY HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO BUILD INTO THE AREA TODAY. STRONG
W/WSW SURFACE AND TRANSPORT WINDS ARE EXPECTED. WIND GUSTS WILL
PICK UP LATE THIS MORNING. EXPECT SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS FROM 10
TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS RANGING FROM 25 TO 30 MPH AT THE SPOT
LOCATION. ABOVE NORMAL MIXING HEIGHTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEEP
MIXING WILL RANGE FROM 6000 TO 6500 FT AGL. AFTERNOON RH VALUES IN
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY WILL RANGE BETWEEN 25 AND 30 PERCENT. RH
VALUES BELOW 25 PERCENT ARE UNLIKELY.

FOG IS NOT EXPECTED OVERNIGHT GIVEN THAT THE WINDS WILL STAY UP
THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING AND DRY AIR IS IN PLACE.
