.DISCUSSION...AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH AND ASSOCIATED SHOWERS HAS MOVED
EAST OF THE BURN AREA THIS MORNING...WITH ANOTHER TROUGH APPROACHING
AND EXPECTED TO DEVELOP WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON.
WIND WILL BE INITIALLY SOUTHWEST AND VEER MORE WEST-SOUTHWEST BY MID
AFTERNOON AND WILL BE GUSTY UP TO 25 MPH...AND WILL BECOME MUCH LIGHTER
TONIGHT. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL BE AROUND 45 PERCENT TODAY.
