THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL NOT DROP BELOW 25 PERCENT.
SIGNIFICANT WIND SHIFTS MAY OCCUR NEAR ANY THUNDERSTORMS. EXPECT
THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL HOLD OFF UNTIL AROUND 200 PM. AN INVERSION
MAY DEVELOP IN RAIN-COOLED AIR IF THERE HAPPENS TO BE A THUNDERSTORM
THIS AFTERNOON. EXPECT THE GENERAL NOCTURNAL INVERSION TO BEGIN
SETTING UP JUST BEFORE 900 PM.

A WEAK SURFACE TROUGH COMBINED WITH AN UPPER-LEVEL TROUGH PLUS
STRONG HEATING WILL RESULT IN SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. VERY STRONG WIND
MAY OCCUR NEAR ANY THUNDERSTORMS.
