.DISCUSSION...Temperatures will continue on a downward trend
on Thursday as an upper level trough from the northwest breaks down
an upper level ridge offshore. Gusty easterly winds are expected
over the exposed ridges in the morning on Thursday, however winds
will shift around to the west and northwest in the afternoon. The
gusty winds will result in poorer humidity recoveries over the
ridges and upper slopes early Thursday morning. Slightly stronger
northwesterly to westerly afternoon winds are expected for Friday.
