.DISCUSSION...
LOW LEVEL MOISTURE CONTINUES TO INCREASE ACROSS THE AREA ON A
STEADY WEST WIND. WIND SPEEDS WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE THIS
AFTERNOON AND MAY BECOME BREEZY ACROSS THE RIDGE TOP DURING THE
LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS. IN ADDITION...SCATTERED
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE DEVELOPING DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS. THE
CHANCE FOR WETTING RAINFALL IS GREATER TODAY THAN PREVIOUS
AFTERNOONS. HOWEVER THE RISK FOR A FEW DRY LIGHTNING STRIKES
REMAINS. WINDS SHOULD SUBSIDE OVERNIGHT AND THEN BECOME MORE
NORTHWESTERLY TOMORROW. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE
SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. MIN RH VALUES WILL BE ON THE RISE
THROUGH TOMORROW.
