A WEAK RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL DRIFT GRADUALLY EASTWARD THROUGH
THE DAY. DIURNAL MIXING OF WINDS WILL BE DOMINANT THROUGH THE
AFTERNOON...WITH GRADIENT ALOFT FAVORING AN INCREASINGLY NORTHERLY
COMPONENT TO WINDS HEADING THROUGH THE LATE MORNING AND AFTERNOON.
WINDS WILL DECOUPLE QUICKLY BY SHORTLY BEFORE SUNSET.
