.DISCUSSION...A SOUTHERLY FLOW ALOFT WILL TRANSPORT MONSOONAL
MOISTURE OVER THE FIRE THROUGH TONIGHT AND PROVIDE A FAVORABLE
ENVIRONMENT FOR THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT...PARTICULARLY THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING. WHILE THUNDERSTORMS HAVE THE POTENTIAL
TO PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN...THE BIGGEST THREAT WILL BE GUSTY
AND ERRATIC WINDS IN ADDITION TO LIGHTNING.  THE ATMOSPHERE WILL
BE LESS UNSTABLE TUESDAY AS A SOUTHWESTERLY FLOW ALOFT BECOMES
ESTABLISHED. NONETHELESS...THERE IS STILL A SLIGHT CHANCE OF AN
AFTERNOON OR EARLY EVENING THUNDERSTORM IN THE VICINITY OF THE
FIRE TUESDAY.
