.DISCUSSION...High pressure over the west Atlantic will continue to
produce an east-southeast wind flow over the area today. Wind direction
at the surface will range from the east-southeast (around 100 to 130
degrees) through early afternoon, becoming more easterly (around 90-110
degrees) with speeds increasing to around 10 mph in the mid to late
afternoon as east coast sea breeze moves through. Transport winds will
generally be out of the southeast up to 10 to 17 mph, leading to very
good dispersion values. Isolated showers will be possible, mainly during
the late morning and early afternoon, but thunderstorms are not expected.
