.DISCUSSION...Moisture is moving farther north than the previous
forecast leading to higher shower chances, and better wetting rain
opportunities before 1100. Winds are still expected to increase
in the late morning, but the cold front now looks to pass between
1200-1300 so the gusts to 30 mph may hold off until the early
afternoon. Friday`s forecast remains dry and breezy.
