.DISCUSSION...
Windy and drying conditions today will create conditions for increased
fire activity, especially this afternoon. Winds will remain northerly
and gusty through early evening before diminishing somewhat after
sunset. Wind gusts through late afternoon will approach 30 mph at times.
Humidities of 15-20% this morning will drop to around 10% for much of
the afternoon with good recovery tonight. Conditions Wednesday will
again be gusty, a bit warmer, and just as dry.
