.DISCUSSION...

Winds through the next 24 hours will follow typical diurnal and
terrain influences, generally light northerly downriver winds
overnight and W-SW general and upriver winds during the day with
some afternoon gustiness. Tonight winds will shift N-NE by
2100-2200MST and W-SW winds return around 0900-1000MST Sunday.
Afternoon gusts Sunday will be a touch lower than Saturday, with
magnitudes up to 20-25 mph. RH values will increase to around
35-40% tonight and fall below 15% during the day Sunday, between
1100-2000MST. There is no rain in the forecast and afternoon high
temperatures Sunday will reach the upper 80s to near 90 degrees.
