West-southwest winds this afternoon will gradually weaken through
2000 PDT, then become light and variable overnight. Low clouds and
fog may reach the incident after midnight with visibility below one
mile at times. Any low clouds and fog will clear by 0800 PDT Tuesday.
Warm with moderate daytime humidity Tuesday. Expect the sea breeze
to develop by late morning with winds strengthening between 1000
and 1100 PDT and continuing through the late afternoon.
