.DISCUSSION...
Cool and dry with increasing west winds today as a dry trough of
low pressure moves into Southern California. Strongest winds will
be on the ridges to the east of the burn during the late afternoon
and evening. Winds will slowly turn northwest and weaken
overnight. Minor cooling and drying Thursday with slightly weaker
west winds during the afternoon and evening. Weak onshore flow
Friday and Saturday will maintain cool conditions with moderate
humidity. The next storm will arrive sometime Sunday with periods
of precipitation possible into early Tuesday. Timing and rainfall
amounts are highly uncertain at this time.
