Spot Forecast for Cooper Knolls Central RX
National Weather Service Salt Lake City UT
1221 PM MDT Tue May 23 2017

.DISCUSSION...High pressure approaching from the west will
maintain dry and mild airmass across the area for the
remainder of the day, with only thin high clouds passing
through at times. As daytime heating continues, ventilation
should improve as the airmass mixes deeper, and should allow
clearing indices to improve by mid afternoon. Winds are
expected to slowly back to the northwest as this high
approaches.

The flow will switch to southwesterly on Wednesday, ahead of
a cold front which is expected to reach the area Wednesday
night. With the increasing flow Wednesday, continued warming
is expected with ventilation expected to be excellent by
early afternoon. A chance of showers and thunderstorms
will accompany the front Wednesday night into Thursday.
