For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure, deepening to 29.00 inches, will track northeast across
the northern Great Lakes and into Ontario today. In the wake of the
low pressure system, high pressure, building to 30.40 inches, will
gradually build across the region Monday and Tuesday.

.TODAY...Southeast winds 20 to 25 knots becoming southwest to
30 knots in the late morning and early afternoon...then
decreasing to 20 to 25 knots late in the afternoon. Gusts to
40 knot gales. Showers early in the morning. A chance of showers
in the late morning and early afternoon. A chance of snow showers
early in the afternoon. Waves 10 to 14 feet. Waves occasionally
around 18 feet.
.TONIGHT...Southwest winds 20 to 25 knots becoming west 15 to
20 knots early in the morning. Gusts to 35 knot gales. Waves 8 to
12 feet. Waves occasionally around 15 feet.
.MONDAY...West winds 15 to 20 knots decreasing to 10 to 15 knots
in the late morning and early afternoon...then becoming southwest
5 to 10 knots early in the afternoon. Waves 5 to 7 feet subsiding
to 1 to 3 feet. Waves occasionally around 10 feet.
.MONDAY NIGHT...South winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southwest
10 to 15 knots after midnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to

10 knots late in the afternoon...then becoming light and variable
late in the evening. A chance of rain and snow showers late in
the afternoon. Waves 3 to 5 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet late in
the evening.
.WEDNESDAY...North winds 5 to 10 knots becoming northeast 10 to
15 knots in the late evening and early morning. A chance of snow
showers and freezing rain early in the morning. A chance of
showers early in the morning. Waves 2 feet or less building to
3 to 5 feet in the late evening and early morning.
.THURSDAY...East winds 15 to 20 knots becoming northeast 20 to
25 knots with gusts to 35 knot gales. A chance of snow showers
