THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...WEAK HIGH PRESSURE...29.80 INCHES...WILL SETTLE OVER THE
GREAT LAKES TODAY AS THE NEXT LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES IN FROM THE
PLAINS. THE CENTER OF THIS SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO MOVE THROUGH LOWER
MICHIGAN AND LAKE HURON WEDNESDAY NIGHT AT 29.30 INCHES. STRONGER
NORTHWEST WIND WILL DEVELOP AS THE LOW EXITS THE AREA THURSDAY WHICH
WILL BRING COLDER TEMPERATURES INTO THE REGION THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
