This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Runoff from light to moderate rain late Thursday through Friday will
cause rivers and streams to rise, possibly contributing to minor
flooding this weekend. Monitor river conditions and forecasts
closely if you have property in, or near the floodplains.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

A storm system will spread a wintry mix across portions of central
New York east of I-81 Thursday night into early Friday. Snow and
sleet accumulations of 1 to 3 inches is possible. The highest
amounts will fall over high elevations. An additional light wintry
mix is possible Friday night and Saturday morning.

Runoff from light to moderate rain that should fall between the
periods of wintry mix, will cause rivers and streams to rise,
possibly contributing to minor flooding this weekend. Monitor river
conditions and forecasts closely if you have property in, or near the
floodplains.
