TENNESSEE VALLEY, A COLD FRONT WILL BECOME NEARLY STATIONARY
ACROSS THE CAROLINAS THROUGH LATE IN THE WORK WEEK. MULTI-DAY OF
RAIN COULD LEAD TO LOCALIZED FLOODING WEDNESDAY AND INTO THURSDAY.
