THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THIS
THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED OVER CHESAPEAKE BAY BRIDGE TUNNEL...MOVING
EAST AT 25 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
