...Gusty Winds to 30 knots Will Continue Until 11 PM...

An outflow boundary from early afternoon thunderstorms has crossed
all of the nearshore marine waters after 8 PM this evening, with a
period of east-northeast winds 20 knots gusting near 30 knots in
its wake. Conditions will improve across the nearshore waters out
to 20 nautical miles between 1030 and 11 PM, and across Laguna
Madre a little after 11 PM.

Until then...boaters can expect choppy waves in Laguna Madre and
choppy to rough seas out to 20 nautical miles...along with wave
heights of 6 to perhaps 7 feet before conditions gradually improve
later this evening.
