AT 1214 AM EST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS AND SMALL HAIL. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 27 NM
SOUTHEAST OF R7 TOWER TO 18 NM EAST OF R2 TOWER...MOVING EAST AT 15
KNOTS.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY OPEN WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
