  OPEN WATERS FROM ST JOSEPH TO HOLLAND MI...

AT 802 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED TWO THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE
OPEN WATERS APPROXIMATELY 15 TO 20 MILES WEST OF SOUTH HAVEN AND ST.
JOSEPH. THESE STORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30
KNOTS... LIGHTNING... AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL. THESE STORMS ARE
NEARLY STATIONARY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
