  WATERS FROM MANASQUAN INLET NJ TO FENWICK ISLAND DE OUT 20 TO 40
NM...

AT 810 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NORTH BEACH
HAVEN TO NEAR DEEPWATER REEF TO 10 NM SOUTHEAST OF BUOY 4FB TO NEAR
FIVE FATHOMS BUOY TO NEAR JACKSPOT REEF...MOVING EAST AT 15 KNOTS.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  NORTH BEACH HAVEN...GARDEN STATE SOUTH REEF...SHIP BOTTOM...BEACH
  HAVEN...DEEPWATER REEF AND LITTLE EGG REEF AROUND 815 PM EDT.
  GARDEN STATE NORTH REEF AROUND 835 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
