AT 348 PM AST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF  THUNDERSTORMS
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL...OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING AND
GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS HAVE BEGUN TO
DEVELOP NORTH OF CULEBRA AND EAST OF FAJARDO. NEW SHOWERS WITH
EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS CAN DEVELOP IN THESE AREAS THROUGH 545 PM
AST.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
