URGENT - MARINE WEATHER MESSAGE

...Dense fog expanding this morning...

.Visibilities continue to lower over the near shore Gulf waters
and portions of the Laguna Madre this morning as warm and very
moisture gulf air moves over the cooler shelf waters.
Visibilities continue to fluctuate but are trending lower with
and are anticipated to drop or remain below one or less through
the morning hours. The marine fog is expected to lift later today
then possibly reform later tonight.

...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM CST THIS MORNING...

The National Weather Service in Brownsville has issued a Dense
Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 11 AM CST this morning.

* VISIBILITY...one mile or less.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one mile. Inexperienced mariners...
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid
navigating in these conditions.
