* WINDS...NORTH 15 TO 25 KT THROUGH MOST OF THE WEEK. WIND GUSTS
  TO GALE FORCE ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS SOME AREAS FRIDAY THROUGH
  SUNDAY.

* WAVES...STEEP NORTHERLY WAVES 7 TO 9 FT AROUND 8 SECONDS THROUGH
  MOST OF THE WEEK. SHORT PERIOD SEAS MAY REACH 10 TO 12 FT LATE IN
  THE WEEK.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
