A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM PDT TUESDAY.

* WINDS...N TO NW 15 TO 25 KT. OCCASIONAL GUSTS UP TO 30 KT.
  WIND GUSTS WILL INCREASE TO NEAR GALE FORCE EARLY NEXT WEEK.

* WAVES...NW 7 TO 8 FT AT 8 TO 9 SECONDS AND S 3 FT AT 13
  SECONDS. NORTHERLY WAVES WILL BUILD TO 8 TO 10 FT AROUND 8
  SECONDS LATE SUNDAY. THE SOUTHERLY SWELL WILL DECAY THIS
  WEEKEND. WAVES WILL INCREASE EARLY NEXT WEEK.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
