THURSDAY...

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 30 KNOTS. ISOLATED
  GALE FORCE GUSTS TO 35 KNOTS ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND
  EVENING. WINDS WILL DIMINISH AFTER MIDNIGHT.

* WAVES...WAVES WILL BUILD TO 4 TO 7 FEET BY LATE THIS
  AFTERNOON...THEN BEGIN TO SLOWLY SUBSIDE AFTER MIDNIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.  INEXPERIENCED MARINERS, ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
