LATER THIS AFTERNOON AS A POTENT LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES
SOUTHEAST THROUGH THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY AND LOWER OHIO
VALLEY. STRONGER WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP DURING THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS WHICH WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS WAVE
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT ACROSS ALL MARINE AREAS THROUGH
