FROM OREGON INLET TO CAPE LOOKOUT...

.TROPICAL DEPRESSION EIGHT...CURRENTLY ABOUT 230 MILES SOUTHEAST
OF CAPE HATTERAS... WILL APPROACH THE NORTH CAROLINA COAST
THROUGH TUESDAY. SEAS WILL GRADUALLY BUILD...PEAKING AT 7 TO
13 FEET TUESDAY. SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES WILL REMAIN FOR THE
NORTHERN WATERS OFF DUCK AND SOUTHERN WATERS OFF ONSLOW BAY...
HOWEVER SHOULD THE TROPICAL SYSTEM MAKE A CLOSER APPROACH TO THE
WATERS...THESE AREAS COULD SEE TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS AND MAY
BE ADDED TO THE TROPICAL WATCH LATER.
