  AFTERNOON THEN EASE LATE TONIGHT. WIND WAVES BUILDING TO 2 TO 4
  FEET.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS ARE

* WIND AND WAVES...WEST WIND 25 TO 35 KNOTS...EASING TO 15 TO 25
  KNOTS EARLY THIS MORNING. WIND WAVES 3 TO 6 FEET WILL SUBSIDE TO
  2 TO 4 FEET EARLY THIS MORNING. WEST WINDS WILL RISE TO 20 TO 30
  KNOTS THIS EVENING THEN EASE AGAIN LATE TONIGHT. WIND WAVES WILL
  BUILD BACK UP TO 3 TO 5 FEE THIS EVENING THEN SUBSIDE LATE.

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES EXPERIENCE
AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT
MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE HARBOR PRIOR TO THE
ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS ARE
