mainly eastern and coastal portions of deep south Texas. Rainfall
of generally a trace to a few hundredths of an inch. Motorists are
advised to drive with caution on wet roadways. Patchy fog may
reduce visibility to less than 3 miles at times in mainly coastal
locations.
