DRIFT SLOWLY EAST ACROSS THE WESTERN SOUTH PLAINS THROUGH 7 PM.
HEAVY DOWNPOURS AND WINDS GUSTS TO 45 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THE
STRONGEST ACTIVITY. COVERAGE MAY INCREASE BRIEFLY ALSO AS AN
OUTFLOW BOUNDARY DEVELOPS AND SURGES EAST TOWARD THE BROWNFIELD
HIGHWAY. SOME FLOODING OF LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS IS
POSSIBLE WITH THE SLOW STORM MOVEMENT.
