ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST SATURDAY.

* VISIBILITY...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...LOW VISIBILITY WILL RESULT IN DIFFICULT DRIVING
  CONDITIONS. IN AREAS WHERE THE TEMPERATURE IS BELOW
  FREEZING...THE FOG MAY DEPOSIT ON OBJECTS AND SURFACES INCLUDING
  SIDEWALKS AND ROADS...RESULTING IN PATCHY SLICK SPOTS. TRAVELERS
  TAKE CAUTION.
