* TIMING...Through this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous crosswinds along I-90 from Livingston to
  Springdale, and local roads near Nye.

* WINDS...Wind gusts to 81 mph have occurred the past several
  hours. Southwest gusts 65 to 80 mph will continue through this
  morning with gusts 60 to 70 mph this afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds of these magnitudes can cause property damage without extra
precautions. Motorists in high profile vehicles should use
caution and consider alternate routes until the winds subside.
