AREAS OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING...

.THE PRESSURE GRADIENT NEAR THE SURFACE WILL INCREASE BY LATE THIS
MORNING ACROSS SOUTHEAST WYOMING TO PRODUCE STRONG WINDS OVER THE
WIND PRONE AREAS. WEST WINDS OF 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH
WILL BE POSSIBLE. THE STRONG WINDS WILL PERSIST THROUGH AT LEAST
MIDDAY THURSDAY.

WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM THIS MORNING TO 8 AM MST
THURSDAY.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE BY LATE THIS MORNING INTO THE EARLY
  AFTERNOON.

* WINDS...WEST WINDS 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH.

* IMPACTS...THERE IS A BLOW OVER RISK FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES
  TRAVELING ALONG INTERSTATE 80 AND INTERSTATE 25 BECAUSE OF
  STRONG WINDS. THE STRONG WIND WILL CREATE DANGEROUS CROSS WINDS
  THAT WILL MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS FOR THESE VEHICLES.
